I have mentioned it before but I grew up on my family's cow-calf ranch, I work for the Arizona Cattle industry and am more than PASSIONATE about cattle and the delicious product we produce: BEEF!
I want to share on a weekly basis something new about beef or the cattle industry with all of you. Less than 2% of our nation's population is directly related to production agriculture so it's a big job to do but as a member of this amazing and resilient community it's my responsibility to share with you.
The most important thing I want to share is that ranchers raise the same beef for you to feed your family and their own. They produce wholesome, safe and nutritious beef that they are proud of.
