When better to post photos of the baby room than the night before I go in to be induced and can't sleep at one in the morning! {yay...not!}
That's okay, if I don't do this now I may never share them. And since I have the new fancy iPhone and the camera is fabulous and the apps are great it's easy to share!
Crib and a bit of the rocking chair. See the cute western boppy cover my dear Holly had made for me? Right on top of baby's first Pendleton blanket from another dear friend, Mattie.
Rocking area.
Changing table. The copper artwork on the right was my grandparents.
Branding irons are my family's brand. Little western bear my lovely SIL Gretchen gave him.
A close up on some things. The wooden fire truck was my hubby's as a child and his parents gave to our son for Christmas. The rocking chair my parents gave him for Christmas. The "rock me" sign is from my dear friend Lauren. The cowboy sign I bought a LONG time ago on sale and have been waiting to use in my little cowboy's room...the star I made from baling wire in college. Oh and the blanket on the rocking chair is vintage and was a baby shower gift from my brother's best friend's sister...make sense? :)
Bookshelf - might be a bit cluttered now but oh well. I like clutter - or clutter likes me.
More close up of bookshelf items. My dad horseback, my hubby next to his favorite truck in HS, cowboy books and old Zane Grey books.
Farm stacker, star hanger {already owned this as well}, cowboy bucket already full of boots and Rockmount sign I again previously purchased.
I really didn't buy much or actually anything when it came to the actual decor of his room. Everything I already owned or was gifted. The crib my parents gifted us and we bought the changing table. Rocking chair was a hand-me-down from my wonderful SIL AMK and the bookshelf we already had. I guess, I did purposely buy the Zane Grey books at an antique store...all in all I really like what is in there and am so very blessed to be bringing our son home to a house full of love for him!
