What's Your Beef Friday :: Food Think

I wanted to introduce you to my friend in the cattle industry Cassie Payne. She has a blog titled Food Think!

She is incredibly talented and smart and best of all is what I like to call a convert to the ag industry. Here's a little about her:

I graduated (M.S., whoop!) from Texas A&M University with a background very different from traditional Animal Science students. An urban childhood, education at Vanderbilt University and overseas, and experiences and personal interactions while living and teaching in New York City helped develop my perspective. My paradigm changed from media-misinformed to those which are scientifically and pragmatically ascertained. My passion for stewardship of resources and provision of wholesome food products remains unchanged.
