Saw this last night in the display of Williams-Sonoma store in Scottsdale. I had to snag a quick photo on my phone because: a} I love meat {beef specifically} b} I love cows c} I love those pans that spell STEAK d}That picture makes me want to grill a ribeye tonight
In honor of this steak/beef display I will tell you an exciting tid bit...since folks are always concerned with FAT: Half the fatty acids in lean beef are monounsaturated, the same heart-healthy type found in olive oil. source
